Alpha.... You know, Alpha sort of is the symbol of the non-surprise that is Dollhouse. I mean, everything that happened in the last episode wasn't a terrible surprise/twist, but it's the kind of stuff I find entertaining. It's like reading a certain kind of fanfic - you know what to expect for the most part, but you keep reading it because it's the sort of thing you enjoy. Every once in awhile, you get something surprising ("What I don't understand is why you thought it was important that I hate you. That seems a little weird.") but it's a small thing.

Of course, it's the small things that get to me. Which is why I don't want the show to be cancelled.
